Shipping policy
1. Shipping Methods
At Vision Supply, we partner with reliable third-party couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery. You’ll be able to choose your preferred courier during checkout.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your postcode, order weight, and volume (CBM).
- For large or bulk orders, please contact us at info@visionsupply.com.au for a custom shipping quote.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process all orders within 1–5 business days. Please allow extra time for:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Bulk or non-stocked items
Delivery estimates (after dispatch):
- Perth Metro: Same day or 1–5 business days
- WA Non-Metro: 7–10 business days
- Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide: 5–10 business days
- Regional & Remote Areas: 10–14 business days
Note: Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. All timeframes are estimates only.
3. Delivery Instructions
You can leave delivery instructions in the “Order Notes” section at checkout (e.g. “Leave at front porch behind the pillar”).
Please keep in mind:
- Couriers typically do not call ahead.
- If you request unattended delivery, we are not liable for loss or damage once delivered.
- Use a delivery address that is attended during business hours when possible (e.g., a workplace).
Note: We cannot deliver to all PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If your address is not serviceable, we’ll contact you for an alternative.
4. Address Errors & Delivery Issues
It’s your responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct at checkout.
If your order is returned due to:
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Failure to collect from a post office or pick-up point
A $20 Return to Sender Fee may be deducted from your refund.
Contact us immediately at info@visionsupply.com.au if you notice an issue after placing your order.
5. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@visionsupply.com.au with the following photos:
- Outer packaging (box or satchel)
- Inner packaging and product
- Damaged item against a plain background
Please keep all packaging and products for possible inspection. If packaging is discarded, it may affect our ability to process an insurance claim.
6. Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item? Let us know at info@visionsupply.com.au and we’ll arrange collection and redelivery of the correct item at no extra cost.
