Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your postcode, order weight, and volume (CBM). For large or bulk orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days, with delivery times varying based on location.

Note: Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. All timeframes are estimates only.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for purchases, provided the goods are in their original packaging and saleable condition within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please note:

  • If goods are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect from a pick-up point, a $20 Return to Sender Fee may apply.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging.
