Why Core Size Matters

Loading a 25mm core roll into a 76mm core printer will not work. The roll spins freely on the oversized spindle, causing misfeeds, skewed prints and label jams. Conversely, a 76mm core roll physically cannot fit into a desktop printer’s compact roll holder. Core size is a non-negotiable compatibility requirement, not a preference.
