SHIPPING

We offer a flat $19.95 + GST shipping fee for all orders within the Perth Metro area. If your address qualifies under Perth Metro area, the shipping will automatically add during checkout. Outer suburbs, regional WA and Australia wide are not eligible under the flat shipping fees. 

For shipping to outer suburbs, regional WA and Australia wide. Please contact us at info@visionsupply.com.au and we will provide you a quote including shipping to your location. You may alternatively arrange your own shipment pick up courier from our facility.   

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to process all orders 1-5 business days after they are placed; some products may require add additional time for processing such as non-stocked items, custom orders and bulk orders. 

Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays. As a general guide, you can expect the following delivery time frames once your order has been dispatched:
  • Perth Metro: Same-day, 1-5 business days
  • WA Non-Metro: 5-7 business days
  • Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne & Adelaide: 7-10 business days
  • Regional or non-metro addresses (see below): 10-12 business days 
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

You can leave specific delivery instructions in the “Order Notes” field on the Cart page (e.g. leave behind column next to front door). Delivery drivers and couriers are not usually able to call ahead, so please take this into consideration.

If you ask us to leave your order unattended, insurance coverage ends once your order is dropped off. We recommend that you provide a delivery address that is always manned, such as a work or business address.

Not all orders can be delivered to P.O. Box or Parcel Locker addresses. If we aren’t able to deliver to your provided address, we will contact you to request an alternative one. 

DELIVERY ISSUES

It is your responsibility to enter your address fully and accurately during checkout. If you notice that your order is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is redirected due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may pass on any redelivery or return to sender fees we incur.

If you choose to cancel an order because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect your parcel from a collection point (such as a post office), a Return to Sender Fee of $20.00 may be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@visionsupply.com.au immediately and provide photographs of the following:
  • Outer packaging (e.g. box, satchel)
  • Product and inner packaging 
  • Product against a plain background clearly showing any damage
Please keep all damaged goods and their packaging, even after contacting us. Our insurance claim may require the goods be collected and inspected by a courier. If the goods or packaging cannot be inspected (i.e. if you throw them out prior to inspection), the insurance claim may not be approved.

IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT

If you don’t receive the item/s that you ordered, please contact us at info@visionsupply.com.au immediately. We will arrange to pick up the incorrect item/s and redeliver the correct item/s at our cost.
