RETURN POLICY

Vision Supply will gladly exchange or refund your purchase when goods are in original packaging and saleable condition, within:
  • 7 days of the delivery date or before the delivery
  • If you would like to return a purchase, please contact us at info@visionsupply.com.au within 7 days of receiving the delivery and before returning any items. 
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Send an email to info@visionsupply.com.au with your order number and details of the items you’d like to return. Once your return has been approved, you may post the goods back to us via any suitable courier to an address supplied by Vision Supply. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs associated with change of mind returns, and all shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Please include the goods in their original condition and sales packaging, and include your invoice number, name and phone number on or inside the box. If items are returned to us damaged or without their packaging, we may decline your refund and return the goods to you.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Before we can process either of the above, Vision Supply will need to assess the good. We may ask you for photos/videos showing the fault or we may ask you to return the item to us. 
If you return a faulty item and we find no fault or failure, the item will be returned to you and no refund processed. We may ask you to bear any expenses involved in returning the item back to you, including postage and handling costs. These will be calculated based on the size and weight of the item and we may hold your item until these costs are paid.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Several types of goods cannot be returned, so please choose carefully before purchasing these items. The following items may not be eligible for a full refund:
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged by you, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after receiving the delivery
  • Custom or special-order items manufactured to your requirements 
  • Items that have been customised or modified
If we find your returned product to be damaged or missing components, your refund will be held until these components are returned to us. If this isn’t possible, we may withhold a reasonable amount from your refund to cover any costs associated with repairing or replacing the product.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and assessed, any refunds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-10 business days. You will receive confirmation of your refund via email within 24 hours of its approval. 
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account, credit card, PayPal account or Afterpay account. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to clear.
Please note that in order to partially cover our shipping and handling costs for returned orders, a restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds for returned orders. The restocking fee is 20%.
IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT
If you don’t receive the item/s that you ordered, please contact us at info@visionsupply.com.au immediately. We will arrange to pick up the incorrect item/s and redeliver the correct item/s at our cost.
